March 2010 marks the end of  the schoolyear for the scholars of  One Philippine Silver Corporation (OPSC).  The 10 students are under the protective and social services program of the Northern Luzon-based Child and Family Service Philippines (CSFPI).  Enrolled at the Systems Technology Institute (STI) Baguio, the students are taking up courses such as Hospitality and Restaurant Services, Diploma in Information Technology and  Diploma in Computer Electronics and Technology, all of which are practical in nature and could be finished in two years time.

CSFPI’s Program Director Millie Juloya, shares that the 10 individuals aged 17-21, initially received services as youth at risk, teenage mothers or survivors of abuse.   One Philippine Silver Corporation,  which owns  FILIGRENASIA and GAEACRAFTS,  shares the same vision with CFSPI, that of empowering the young individuals through education, skills building, and gainful work.
